At Missouri Star, we want you to love your quilting supplies; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully pack your unused fabric, notions, or kits in their original packaging to ensure they arrive back to us in sellable condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at a local carrier.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
